The Lindon Cannery Home Food Storage Center (Dry Pack) is still closed. Unfortunately I couldn't get a possible re-open date from anyone. In the interim we've been instructed to use the Springville Cannery. They are open Mon-Thurs. and canning is walk-in. You can what you plan to purchase. Some items are pre-packaged, like potato pearls, so no canning is necessary for those items. The Springville Cannery is located at:
